Analytics
None. This website runs no analytics service, no tag manager and no third-party measurement of any kind. Your visit is not counted, profiled or reported to anyone.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Third-party content
No embedded videos, no social media widgets, no external scripts, no advertising, no chat widget. Web fonts are served from this website’s own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you were here.
The contact form
If you submit the contact form, the details you type are sent to this website’s server so they can be validated. That is your name, email address, subject, message, and your phone number if you chose to give one.
At present the form is not connected to an inbox, so nothing is stored and nothing is forwarded; the submission is validated, discarded, and you are told that it was not sent. When a delivery service is connected, this section will be updated to name it and say how long messages are retained.
Your IP address is used momentarily, in memory, to rate-limit form submissions and prevent abuse. It is not written to a database or a log by this application.
Donations
This website does not process donations. It collects no card number, no bank detail and no other payment information, and it stores none.
MICYA has not chosen a way to receive donations, so the Support page presents no amount selector, no payment form and no checkout. It says so on the page and points to the contact form instead.
If payment processing is switched on later, this section will be updated before it goes live, to name the provider and say what it receives, what it stores and for how long.
Hosting
A web host necessarily processes the requests it serves and may keep its own server logs. This section will name the host once one is chosen.
